​Angelo Moustapha is a Beninese drummer, percussionist, composer, and arranger born in 1993 in Nikki, Benin. He began his musical journey at the age of four in his local church and gave his first concert at seven. In 2017, he was named Africa's Best Drummer at the Festival des Meilleurs Instrumentistes d’Afrique. Moustapha has collaborated with renowned artists such as Philip Catherine and Lionel Loueke, performing across Europe. His style blends traditional African rhythms with jazz, creating a unique and dynamic sound.
