This summer, Brussels’ Vaux-Hall Summer series brings a powerful unplugged experience to its open-air stage. On Thursday, June 26, don’t miss the spotlight performance by FOꓘKOP. UNPLUGGD, the acoustic alter ego of FOꓘKOP.ERA.

Stripped down to its essential elements, FOꓘKOP. UNPLUGGD delivers an intimate blend of spoken word, jazz, and rhythm. Herb Cells (vocals), Martin Daniel (piano), Ben Tequi (beats), and Manolo Cabras (double bass) come together to reinterpret hip-hop with organic textures and deep grooves. Inspired by the likes of The Roots and Gil Scott-Heron, their set is a poetic and soulful journey—raw, reflective, and musically fearless.

Opening the night is Niña Maleza, a Brussels-based ensemble weaving Latin American warmth into contemporary folk. With Gabriela Navarro and her collaborators, expect a tender and vibrant introduction to the evening.
