Since then, he's been quietly building a career that most guitarists twice his age would envy: three albums for Fresh Sound Records, performances at Europe's top jazz venues, and a Klara "Twintiger" award. He's currently in Basel for the Focusyear program, studying with Ambrose Akinmusire and refining a voice that blends classic mainstream jazz guitar with something lighter, more ethereal.
